FIRST TIME ORDERS/SAMPLE ORDER
There are preselected introductory sample orders and special orders available.
Minimum order quantity is not a must.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENTS
PayPal, Western Union and International Wire transfer are accepted.
After receiving this order sheet, an invoice will be offered, containing the options
February and March are special period, as a new batch of packaging will be
produced and received. So, the orders during this period will be delayed. Please
contact your sales manager for more details.
Sample orders will generally ship within 5-7 business days.
Hot stamp orders will ship within 3-4 weeks (first time hot stamp orders).
Hot stamp reorders will ship within 2-3 weeks.
DHL express will be used, unless otherwise requested.
Clients are responsible for all duties, taxes and freight.
We do order a rush service for those emergency situations.
For a service fee of $50 or 15% of order. Orders placed before 12:00pm China
Time will be expedited and shipped the next business day. Freight is additional.
(Not available for hot stamped orders)
A 15% service charge will apply for regular orders after 24 hours.
Hot Stamp/Logo Orders 50% is none refundable after 72 hours.
You are responsible to make sure that somebody is present to accept delivery. If
your order is returned or refused you will be charged for all shipping charges plus
25% restocking fee.
If order is reshipped, double shipping charges are applied. No further orders will
be shipped until your account is clear.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
If you experience a problem with your order, contact us within 72 hours (3
business days) from receipt of order.
Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
Returns will not be accepted without a return Authorization # and Label. Products
must be in original condition, unused, unlabeled and in salable condition.
No Refunds- Credit Only.
Hot Stamp/Logo Orders cannot be returned.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
A 25% restocking fee will apply
All damages must be reported within 3 business days from receipt of order.
It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for damage inspection and
claim of reimbursements. All original packing material and cartons must be
retained for inspection.
On occasion we may be temporarily out of stock on an item. Please be aware we
do not back order. Your invoice will indicate any item that is not shipped. You will
not be charged for any item not shipped.
For any hot stamp orders that are held past 4 months from the order date will be
canceled and the original 50% that was paid will not be reimbursed.
Our price list features discounts based on quantities ordered per shade.
Prices are subject to change. Not responsible for typos. All merchandise is shipped
FOB China. During holiday and busy seasons please check with your sales rep, as
lead times may be longer .
